Du hast ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis, willst in die Beratung einsteigen und begeisterst dich für Cloud-, AI- und Marketing-Technologien? Dann arbeite gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Consultants an datengetriebenen Lösungen. Du lernst, Business-Anforderungen zu analysieren, in technische Konzepte zu übersetzen und Kund*innen ganzheitlich zu beraten, mit dem Ziel, Schritt für Schritt zur eigenständig arbeitenden Consultant-Rolle mit eigener Projekt- und Kundenverantwortung zu wachsen.

Nach einer strukturierten Onboarding-Phase übernimmst du mit zunehmender Verantwortung Aufgaben in folgenden Bereichen:

Beratung: Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen und unterstützt sie bei Themen wie Google Cloud Platform im Marketingkontext, Generative AI und Martech-Lösungen
Analyse & Konzeption: In Workshops erkennst du Anforderungen und Ziele und übersetzt sie in User Stories und klare technische Konzepte.
Schnittstelle & Kommunikation: Du verbindest Kund*innen und interne Teams, übersetzt zwischen Business und Tech und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
Innovation & Technologie: Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends, insbesondere rund um GenAI und Googles Vertex AI und entwickelst daraus praxisnahe Lösungsansätze.
Projektmanagement: Du unterstützt die Projektsteuerung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung und trägst dazu bei, dass Zeit, Budget und Qualität eingehalten werden.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit IT-/Digital-Fokus oder vergleichbar
Gutes technisches Grundverständnis sowie Interesse daran, dieses weiter auszubauen
Begeisterung für Beratung, Kundenkommunikation und konzeptionelles Arbeiten
1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Umfeld (z. B. Beratung, Agentur, IT, Marketing-Tech)
Teamplayer*in mit Hands-on-Mentalität, hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Begeisterung für digitale Innovation, mit dem Anspruch, perspektivisch Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position startet ab € 53.000,-. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine faire Überzahlung vorgesehen. Überstunden werden bezahlt oder in Freizeit ausgeglichen – Du hast keine All-In-Vereinbarung.

Your tasks

Do you have a solid technical foundation, want to start a career in consulting, and are passionate about cloud, AI, and marketing technologies? Then work alongside experienced consultants on data-driven solutions. You will learn how to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical concepts, and provide holistic consulting to clients, with the goal of gradually growing into an independent consultant role with your own project and client responsibility.

After a structured onboarding phase, you will take on tasks with increasing responsibility in the following areas:

Consulting: You act as a point of contact for our clients and support them on topics such as Google Cloud Platform in a marketing context, generative AI, and martech solutions.
Analysis & Concept Development: In workshops, you identify requirements and objectives and translate them into user stories and clear technical concepts.
Interface & Communication: You connect clients and internal teams, translate between business and technology, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Innovation & Technology: You monitor current trends—especially around GenAI and Google’s Vertex AI—and develop practical, real-world solution approaches.
Project Management: You support project coordination from planning through implementation and help ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT/digital focus, or a comparable field
A solid technical foundation and a strong interest in continuously expanding your technical skills
Enthusiasm for consulting, client communication, and conceptual work
1–2 years of professional experience in a digital environment (e.g. consulting, agency, IT, marketing technology)
A team player with a hands-on mentality, high quality standards, and a passion for digital innovation, with the ambition to take on increasing responsibility over time
Very good German and good English language skills

Salary

The annual gross salary for this position starts at €53,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is offered. Overtime is either compensated financially or through time off in lieu There is no all-in agreement.
