Deine Mission

Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Cloud- und Data-Science-Projekten von der Projektinitiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
Strukturierung von Kund*innenanforderungen in klare Projektpläne, Meilensteine und Arbeitspakete
Koordination unseres Tech-Teams sowie Abstimmung mit Kund*innen, Partner*innen und relevanten Stakeholdern
Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses sowie Monitoring von Fortschritt, Ressourcen, Zeitplänen und Budget
Früherkennung von Projektrisiken und strukturierte Steuerung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
Aufbau und Strukturierung der Projektorganisation (Projektsetup, Dokumentation, Kommunikationsstrukturen)
Einsatz moderner Tools und KI zur Unterstützung von Planung, Analyse und effizienten Projektabläufen

Dein Profil

2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im IT- oder Technologieumfeld
Verständnis für Cloud- und AI-Lösungen, von Vorteil um Projekte kontextuell und intelligent zu steuern
Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig zu planen, zu koordinieren und erfolgreich umzusetzen
AI-First-Mindset und Erfahrung mit digitalen Workflows und modernen Arbeitsmethoden
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Zoho-Erfahrung von Vorteil)
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Verständnis von Prioritäten und Abhängigkeiten
Klare Kommunikation und Fähigkeit, Anforderungen verständlich zu dokumentieren
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position startet ab € 43.000,-. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine faire Überzahlung vorgesehen. Überstunden werden bezahlt oder in Freizeit ausgeglichen – Du hast keine All-In-Vereinbarung.

Your tasks

Independent planning and management of cloud and data science projects from project initiation through to successful completion
Structuring customer requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and work packages
Coordination of our tech team as well as alignment with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders
Ensuring transparent information flow and monitoring of progress, resources, timelines, and budget
Early identification of project risks and structured management of appropriate countermeasures
Building and structuring the project organization (project setup, documentation, communication structures)
Use of modern tools and AI to support planning, analysis, and efficient project workflows

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT or technology sector
Understanding of cloud and AI solutions, advantageous for contextually and intelligently managing projects
Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects
AI-first mindset and experience with digital workflows and modern working methods
Proficient use of project management tools (experience with Zoho is a plus)
Structured working approach with a strong understanding of priorities and dependencies
Clear communication and ability to document requirements in an understandable manner
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Salary

The annual gross salary for this position starts at €43,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is offered. Overtime is either compensated financially or through time off in lieu. There is no all-in agreement.
