- Independent planning and management of cloud and data science projects from project initiation through to successful completion
- Structuring customer requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and work packages
- Coordination of our tech team as well as alignment with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring transparent information flow and monitoring of progress, resources, timelines, and budget
- Early identification of project risks and structured management of appropriate countermeasures
- Building and structuring the project organization (project setup, documentation, communication structures)
- Use of modern tools and AI to support planning, analysis, and efficient project workflows

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT or technology sector
- Understanding of cloud and AI solutions, advantageous for contextually and intelligently managing projects
- Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects
- AI-first mindset and experience with digital workflows and modern working methods
- Proficient use of project management tools (experience with Zoho is a plus)
- Structured working approach with a strong understanding of priorities and dependencies
- Clear communication and ability to document requirements in an understandable manner
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Salary
The annual gross salary for this position starts at €43,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is offered. Overtime is either compensated financially or through time off in lieu. There is no all-in agreement.
