Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Cloud & Data Science
Analyse und Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in klare, strukturierte und umsetzbare Projektpläne
Koordination und Abstimmung des internen Tech-Teams sowie externer Stakeholder
Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation sowie eines regelmäßigen Projekt-Reportings unter Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Ressourcen- und Budgetvorgaben
Frühzeitige Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen und Lösungsstrategien
Einsatz von KI im Projektmanagement für Planung, Analyse und effizienten Gestaltung von Arbeitsprozessen
Pflege und Administration der Projekte im Projektmanagement-Tool (z. B. Aufgaben, Timings, Ressourcen, Dokumentation)

Dein Profil

2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig zu planen, zu koordinieren und zu steuern
AI-First-Mindset sowie praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Lösungen im Arbeitsalltag (z. B. Google Workspace, agentische Workflows)
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Zoho Erfahrung ist ein Bonus)
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Prioritäten und Abhängigkeiten
Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation sowie die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen verständlich zu dokumentieren und weiterzugeben
Grundkenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position startet ab € 43.000,-. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine faire Überzahlung vorgesehen. Überstunden werden bezahlt oder in Freizeit ausgeglichen – Du hast keine All-In-Vereinbarung.

Your tasks

Independent planning and management of projects in the Cloud & Data Science domain
Analyzing and translating client requirements into clear, structured, and actionable project plans
Coordinating and aligning internal tech teams as well as external stakeholders
Ensuring transparent communication and regular project reporting while adhering to timelines, resources, and budget constraints
Early identification of project risks and development and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures and solution strategies
Leveraging AI in project management to support planning, analysis, and efficient workflow design
Maintaining and administering projects in the project management tool (e.g., tasks, timelines, resources, documentation)

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in an IT environment
Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and manage projects
AI-first mindset and practical experience using AI solutions in daily work (e.g., Google Workspace, agency workflows)
Confident use of project management tools (experience with Zoho is a plus)
Structured and reliable working style with a good understanding of priorities and dependencies
Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to document and convey requirements effectively
Basic knowledge of common project management methodologies
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary

The annual gross salary for this position starts at €43,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is offered. Overtime is either compensated financially or through time off in lieu. There is no all-in agreement.
