Your tasks
As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for the strategic management and further development of our key accounts in digital marketing, with a clear focus on technical implementations and services. You operate at decision-maker level, identify growth potential, and guide clients securely through digital processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in account management in digital marketing, ideally within an agency and with responsibility for larger budgets
- Solid expertise in digital marketing; experience with martech ecosystems, data-driven strategies, or AI applications is a plus
- Strong AI mindset and experience using tools such as Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity
- Ability to communicate complex content in a way that is tailored to the audience
- Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking with a clear customer focus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
- Confident and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
- Analytical and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Business-fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)

Salary
The annual gross base salary for this position starts at €52,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, a fair higher salary is possible. In addition, our performance-based compensation model offers you the opportunity to actively increase your income.
