Your start with us: You’ll join our Client Service & Consulting team with a focus on project management. From the very beginning, experienced colleagues will guide you through a structured onboarding process and intensive knowledge transfer.

Your development with us:

Project management of client and internal projects
Project planning, controlling, and implementation to achieve defined KPIs
Supporting senior managers in managing key accounts
Preparing and tracking proposals as well as providing ongoing client support
Serving as the interface between Account Management, functional departments, and clients
Organizing and preparing meetings and presentations
Maintaining CRM data and documenting relevant processes

Requirements

Completed education (business school, university degree, etc.) in a business or communications field, or comparable experience
Initial experience in digital marketing, customer service, or project management is a plus
Interest in digital tools and openness to AI-supported workflows (e.g., Gemini in Google Workspace)
A structured, reliable, and independent work style
An open-minded personality who enjoys teamwork and communication
Organizational skills and a good sense of priorities
Very good German and good English skills

Salary

The annual gross salary for this position starts from € 37,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is a matter of course. Overtime is paid or compensated in time off - you do not have an all-in agreement.
