Your tasks

As Senior Account Manager – Cloud & AI Growth, you are responsible for the strategic development of our key accounts and serve as a driving force for digital innovation. Operating at the management level as a visionary sparring partner, you proactively identify new business potential within your portfolio and inspire your clients with future-oriented cloud and AI solutions.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: You take full responsibility for consulting and the sustainable growth of our key accounts in the Cloud & AI sector
  • Expand Portfolios: You proactively identify and unlock opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business areas within your existing client base
  • Build C-Level Relations: You establish strong relationships up to the management level and represent the agency at relevant industry events and conferences
  • Lead Negotiations: You confidently guide clients through budget negotiations and complex decision-making processes toward successful project closures
  • Transformation Sparring: You act as a strategic partner for your clients, advising them on digital transformation and growth-related challenges
  • Inspire Innovation: With passion and conviction, you present new perspectives, innovative use cases, and cutting-edge technologies to your clients
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with our Tech, Media & Campaigns, and Creative teams to develop scalable, tailor-made solutions

Requirements

  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development (ideally in an agency environment) with a clear focus on proactively developing existing clients
  • Digital Native: A deep understanding of digital marketing and data; specific AI knowledge is a significant advantage
  • The "Spark": You know how to "ignite the fire," translate complex use cases for specific audiences, and win clients over for bold innovations
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation skills at the management level, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to maintain leadership in complex decision-making processes
  • AI Mindset: A strong AI-first mindset and proficiency in using tools such as Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity to enhance processes and solutions
  • Analytical Excellence: A structured and independent way of working, with the ability to manage complex projects and achieve measurable results for your accounts
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English

Salary

The annual gross base salary for this position starts at €52,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, a fair higher salary is possible. In addition, our performance-based compensation model offers you the opportunity to actively increase your income.
